Return Policy

At Cooper’s Guitar Setup & Repair, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed 
  • Be in the same condition you received it 
  • Be returned in its original packaging when possible 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or personalized items 
  • Final sale or clearance items 
  • Digital products or downloadable items 
  • Gift cards 
  • Any item marked as non-returnable 
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
